Live events during this time are certainly a rare occurrence, but after we produced a recent corporate event there is hope that life will go on and it requires significantly more attention to safety. To keep the event safe and sanitary, the event set these guidelines:
- everyone was required to wear masks - venue capacity was limited - seats were assigned and all seats spaced per state guidelines - rooms and equipment were sanitized after every session - temperatures were taken every morning - AV personnel were all spaced
All of these things are a necessary inconvenience, but it allows life to go on while keeping safety a priority.
